“Everything about the property is nice. If you're willing to walk a block you can enjoy a meal at Foster's Grille, Peru 703, Moe's, Jersey Mike's, Eggspectations, and across the street is Texas Roadhouse..and Sunoco. Chipotle and Subway are to the right of the main entrance which is also a block from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are so spacious! Breakfast is pretty good and filling. What I would like to mention is the amazing staff here. I have been to many hotels in major cities and I've never experienced customer service like the Hyatt Place Chantilly. In particular Janice...or who I now call "Miss Janice." Our first night we sat at the bar and she was the only one working. We watched her handle the front desk, bartend, serve food, answer the phones, and not once did she look/ seem frustrated. She went beyond her job title for sure. Oh and her White Sangrias are the bomb!”
