“I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. I really liked the set up and design of the room. The rooms were spacious and the bath tub was big enough for me to take a comfortable bath. The refrigerator was full size as well as the stove. We also had easy access to and from our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I took the hotel shuttle to the airport which was convenient for me. The driver was very courteous. I will definitely stay at Hyatt House, Blue Lagoon again when I visit Miami next.”

“every thing was so good tell my group wonted to stay longer i did not like how i book two rooms and we were a group and are rooms was so far apart and when i went to the front desk and ask about it the person at the desk was rudd she said what do you wont me to do pull some one put there room for you i said no i book my room a long time ago i thought you would put us together as a group but thanks and i walk away not feeling that she answer me right but we did enjoy the stay i stayed there a few times and ill do it again it is a grate hotel”
