“The location and the gardens were beautiful. We felt secure. We had the sense that nothing was a problem. My family loved the welcome from Jaques, the turn down service and underfloor heating. The personal farewell in the morning with some padkos from Amy and Jaques was appreciated. The breakfast area was lovely with a wide variety of food and the staff attentive and friendly. The provisional on site reservation for dinner was a nice touch even although we had other arrangements. We will come back and should have stayed an extra night!”
