“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was consistantly very clean and the beddings were so comfortable, especially the pillows. I would like to thank Michael in particular for being so kind to accommodate my early check in at 8:00 am arrival, as I was travelling with an elderly mother over a red-eye flight. It would have been difficult for my mother to wonder around for hours before being able to check in. Secondly, Michael was so kind and moved us to a bigger room with no additional charge just because I mentioned that we could use a little more space. I would recommend this hotel to any friends and families without any hesitation. Thank you Michael and his team again. Steven L.”
