“The staff is helpless. The recepcionists seemed to be not very keen in giving the information we needed relating to the accomodation facilities. The staff seemed to be very not very keen in helping us. The satff needs trainning, a good trainning. We went to the restaurant to have breakfast at 6:30 (the time the breakfast starts being served) and at 6:45 the people who work in the restaurant was still organizing the coffe table.”
