“Nice continental breakfast buffet included. More choices than a normal motel's buffet. Room was comfortable for the one night we stayed. Close to the Bayonet golf course without paying the Monterey hotel prices.”
“One of the best motel rooms we had during our stay in the USA. The room is super clean and has everything you need for an overnight stay. The motel staff are super friendly and helpful and will be always there to assist you. When we arrived we were even offered freshly baked cookies while we were waiting to complete the check in process, which was fast anyway. But cookies are always good. Breakfast was amazing. I am a vegitarian and could easily find something for myself.”
“Breakfast selection was tremendous in a small space. Lots of tasty options. The breakfast seating area was tight but the manager makes you feel very welcome and appreciated. I was worried the hotel might be noisy but that wasn't the case at all. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you might need. Tons of restaurant options nearby. Tremendous value for money. We would stay there again.”

“When we got to the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. She was very pleasant and offered us free chocolate chip cookies and water at check in. The room was very clean and comfortable without the typical orange paint in the rooms. Rooms where updated and the continental breakfast was great.”
“Howard Johnson's is situated surrounding a Valero gas station on three sides. Gas fumes were emitted and loud cars gassed up. The Reservation Road hotel is situated on a well used and extremely loud highway. I don't believes there is any insulation in the rooms. Rooms loudest between 4-7 pm. Chair outside the room could not be used due to loudness. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone, even though the staff was extra courteous and gave me three free water bottles. Staff very nice., friendly. Breakfast was good.”
