“the place was very full and noisy because people were lining up for their valet to go to new years parties. we were traveling with a family of Infants and parked at the check in area in order to check in when a bell hop told us to move our car because it could possibly obstruct the valet chauffeurs bringing in the other guests cars. we were not even parked in the way. needless to say we had to carry the Infants in the cold wind from having being made to park far from the door by the aforementioned bell hop who did not even greet us on arrival.”
