“The location was bang in the centre of Hinterglemm just a short walk to all lifts. The gumbold rental centre was excellent and right opposite the hotel. Hotel staff were cheerful, helpful and polite. The food was excellent and the Wolf Suite enormous. It's not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it is quality, and the whole family would love to return. We went b&b and ate at the hotel's fuhrmannsstube a la carte restaurant, which was very good, plus several others in the village. It was no trouble and we loved the variety.”

“Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal super nett. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, mitten im Ort, trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt einen Parkservice, welcher innerhalb von Minuten funktioniert. Es gibt im Hotel Restaurants und eine Bar, also wer nicht möchte, der braucht das Haus nicht verlassen. Kostenloses WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert.”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, besonders die Frühstückskellnerin, die alles allein machen muss, frische Eierspeisen, abräumen, neu eindecken, die Kaffeemaschine befüllen usw. und die das alles mit guter Laune und viel Freundlichkeit macht! Top! Die Matratzen waren sehr gut und auch der Wellnessbereich sehr schön.”
