What guests loved the most

“The hosts were very friendly and ready to attend us with a request of any kind. The room was quite clean and the facilities at the bath all right. The old building has its charm with arches and columns and thick walls, but it also creates obvious inconveniences (the size of the rooms etc.). Nevertheless it's a great advantage that such a building has an elevator.”

“Our second stay in this property. We always enjoy the seabass and local wine on the evening menu.”

, France

“The hotel has a nice location and the staff was very helpful. For us it was easy to park, however, we might have had luck with the time we arrived.”

, Germany

“Quiet and cosy and in a lovely setting. Motorcycle was parked outside which was good for us.”

, France

“Our stay at Hotel Las Palmeras was an exceptional surprise! The staff was polite, helpfull and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and cozy with a tasteful appropriate decoration. Their restaurant offers an affordable menu. Do not miss to take the late afternoon an aperitif or have dinner on the terrace, to observe Plaza Grande’s history since 16th century. Zafra itself, deserves definitely a visit. I recommend to start the visit with the house of Zafra which houses the Albaicín Interpretation Center (example of Arab civil architecture) and then proceed with the Museum of the Convent of Santa Clara (XV century). Both are dedicated to telling the curious stories of Zafra's rich history. Do not miss at the Convent of Santa Clara the opportunity to buy at their Shop the Conventual Pastry, produced still today by the nuns living by their reclusive order tradition.”

, Portugal

“Wonderful location in the center of a small square. The room was very clean.”

, Romania

“Lovely traditional old hotel in a town square (but with modern facilities lift and air conditioning) Bar with friendly staff. Four of us stayed in a big family room with nice bathroom, sofa, writing bureau, and windows looking over the central courtyard”
