Note: The changing area for the pool is unisex only. So take your bathrobe with you if you would rather shower and change in your room. Lovely room as usual. Comfy beds. A fab stay. Thank you to all the staff who make the stay extra special. For dog owners: theres a park just near the hotel. Turn right and right again and its on your left. Called Bull Meadow Park.”
“My experience of the hotel was a little unique as I was very poorly the night I arrived and required a fair bit of help. The Duty Manager (David I think) was totally amazing. He quickly came to my room ascertained the problem and called medical services. He then checked on me every hour throughout the night to make sure I was ok. He went well above and beyond and was a total hero.”
