“I was happy that there is at least this one hotel in Pommard so that we could conveniently dine at Auprés du Clocher. I guess the room size was decent.”
“Pommard is abeutiful vineyard town. We enjoyed exploring the park and the vinyards. The architecture of the house was very cool, with exposed natural wood beams. The room was an attic room with comfortable sleeping for three, but a little stuffy.”
“Classic traditional 2 star french hotel. Tiny rooms but cosily decorated in Van Gogh colours. The warmest welcome from lovely staff ....probably the owners. We rather regretted having booked our evening meal elsewhere, since the evening menu looked excellent with regional specialities and was most reasonably priced.”
“At the end of a long drive this place was a gem... And easy to find.Had an ice cold beer sat looking out on a pretty little village, just watching the world go by. Great room, very spacious, clean and fab shower.Top tip close the windows, it may be tempting to keep them open over night but at around 0400 all the agricultural vehicles start to roll by (only to be expected in such a location), the noise was quite something! ”
