“Perfect location close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Very friendly staff.”
“Clean, spacious room, (triple) on the top floor looking over roofs to the church. Centrally located. Quiet, church bells didn't ring til 8 and the double glazing and shutters made for a good sleep.”
“A nice characterful hotel with clean, comfortable accommodation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our evening meal in the restaurant was good and the breakfast too.”
“Friendliness of the staff, quirky building, closeness to the beach and shops and restaurants. We had fun communicating with our host, a mix of our patchy French and her slightly better English, great fun!”
“Didn't take breakfast 9E for it is quite high. The food offered for dinner was good, the staff friendly and helpful.”
“Breakfast very basic. Some ham and cheese would be nice.”
“It was very central & the room was very clean. The owners were quick to respond when we asked about unblocking a plug hole. The beds were comfy.”
“The hotel was part of a bar/restaurant in the centre of this small seaside town. as such it was located next to and handy for shops, market and other services such as banks and post office. It was easy to find as their were good hotel signs on the way in. We found the owners to be friendly and helpful in allowing us to 'use' our French and make it an enjoyable short stay. The evening meal we had at the restaurant was good value, the breakfast okay, the wi-fi worked in the room, and storage for our bicycles was inside. They had made a real effort to theme the hotel, and their was obviously someone with good design sense orchestrating the decoration.”
“Great location close to coast in centre of small seaside town. Very clean and comfortable, and open all year. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Very friendly people running it.”
“breakfast was typical continental type with croissant, rolls, jam and yogurt, small fruit and perfectly adequate.”
