“The place is so cute, simple and in a great location. The staff was so kind- helped me with everything, kept my bags until pretty late and always asked if I needed something more. The breakfast was an Italian breakfast- bread, croissant, coffe and cereal. I highly recommend this place to whoever is traveling with big bags since it’s so close to the train station and the bus station- and Venice is not a place you wanna walk around with a lot of luggage. I’ve stayed in a single room and enjoyed every minute- and it always help to have a cannal view from your window”

Staff was very accommodating to our requests (baby crib, directions, iron etc.) Loved the area - very close to all the major attractions, at the same time away from unbearable crowds”
