“Vi var meget forsinkede pga tæt trafik, og var derfor bange for, at vi ikke kunne tjekke ind når vi nåede frem. Heldigvis havde personalet været så søde, at hænge en konvolut på døren, med beskrivelse af, hvordan vi kunne komme ind til vores værelse. Virkelig flot service! Hotellet er hyggeligt, pænt, og personalet venligt og imødekommende. Vi brugte det som mellemstation for vores tur til Toscana, og kommer helt sikkert til at bruge det igen👍”
