“The best part of this hotel was the location. It is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shopping, churches and historic attractions. It is in the old town of Salzburg. The room size was okay but there wasn’t room to store two suitcases. There was one chair to sit on. I should have booked a deluxe room.”
“Fantastic location centered in the heart of old town. Easy walking to all of the major sites and across the river to new town. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the waterfall walk-in shower. Traditional breakfast with selection of breads, meats, cheese, fruits, and made to order eggs. Coffee was outstanding.”

“The room was beautiful. Everything looked updated; however, the tub was just off the entryway. It is perfect for a couple but I would not recommend that specific room if friends were sharing it (and one wanted to use the tub). Overall, loved the hotel, ambiance, quaintness, majority of the staff (one of the women working should probably find another type of job - customer service was not at the top of her list). The room did not come with breakfast but we found a nice restaurant around the corner. All in all, I would stay here again; it's very close to everything!”
