“We made special requests (no meat products, no cows milk, bread with no yeast) for breakfast and owners - husband and wife team - went out of their way to oblige... goat's milk yogurts, special bread, fresh vegetables from the garden, antipasti (oven roasted aubergine and red peppers) - herbal teas... all greatly appreciated. Very friendly, kind and hospitable owners. Hotel is well maintained. We chose it as a late night overnight stay outside of Athens Center at the start of our trip to Meteora.”

“This was a beautiful little family run hotel that is clearly a labour of love for the owners, the Zorbas. The rooms and the common areas and grounds were decorated beautifully with elegance and comfort in mind. The towels were super soft and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean! The included breakfast was very good with fried eggs, ham, cheese, breads, sweets and fresh fruit...and really good coffee! Breakfast is served in a gorgeous great room on white linen table cloths. The owner, George, told us that he and Mrs. Zorba have run the hotel for 50 years and it has been in the family even longer. We would definitely stay there again.”
