“Best check in experience ever! While our car got unloaded and parked, we were welcomed by reception and offered a glass of Champagne in the comfort of the lounge area near the fireplace as check in was being performed. Staff was great, the spa is amazing, and the shuttle was always ready to pick us up and drop us off in Ischgl when we requested. We had dinner at the hotel once and food was delicious. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”
