“service was plain and simple. Straight forward but fair. The room was nice and spacious but a little bit in grandma style.”
“Helpful smiling and english speaking staff. I booked two different rooms on two bookings but they let me stay in the same room. Slightly outside the center of town and a bit of a walk. But the city busses stop outside the hotel and are frequent, easy and cheap. Big comfortable and clean room.”
“We stayed in the triple room and it had three beds (two sofa beds) and was extremely spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful about calling the taxi and recommending beaches in the area. The breakfast kasha was delicious and filling.”

“Просторные номера, в номере чисто, аккуратно, приборы столовые, вода в бутылках. Тапочки, халат. Есть электрочайник, кондер, правда старый, холодильник. Тихо, спокойно, комфортно. Вежливый персонал. Можно спуститься погладить вещи в прачечной самостоятельно.”
“Сложно сказать, что понравилось-не понравилось. Нужно быть готовым к тому, что гостиница постройки 60-х годов прошлого века. Ремонт сделан. Номера просторные.”

Выбирая отель "Зеленая" я в принципе знала, что здание очень старое, но!!! посетители этого отеля не будут испытывать проблем с водой - в отличие от других отелей города Актау. Отношение цена - качество идеальное. Домашние завтраки с прекрасным обслуживанием. Нет запаха сигарет. Порекомендую своим друзьям.”
