“• Checking-in was smooth and perfect although we were 4 hrs earlier than expected. •The young lady that checked us in was really helpful and polite. She did her best throughout our stay to make us feel comfortable. • As as we entered the Julia Suite it looked fascinating, top-notch clean, and very spacious. • The bed was comfortable for a normal healthy person, but i had to sleep on the floor because i have back problems and cannot sleep on soft mattresses. • The breakfast was really nice. • Checking out was nice and smooth. The lady in the front desk told me that they will not charge me for two 70 cent stamps and two envelopes I took the day before, as a pay-back for putting up with all the problems i faced in the room.”
