“The staff was friendly and informative. We got good suggestions from Sebastian about hiking in the region. The room was big and sunny with a balcony. My only complaint was that the façade of the hotel is lit up at night and therefore it is not really nice to use the balcony for a drink unless you want to feel like you are actors on a stage. The place is super clean and very convenient to downtown, the Rupertus spa, and also a few minutes walk to the train station.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this family run hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of there way to assist suggesting outings we may enjoy. The hotel was immaculate and it was obvious the family took great pride in keeping it this way. The room was very comfortable with plenty of seating and a nice balcony to sit out on in the cool of the evening and we enjoyed 5 nights good sleep. The hotel is in a very quiet street no more from 200m from famous Kurgarten and the pedestrianized centre of Bad Reichenhall.”
