What guests loved the most
“This is the worst accommodation that we had so far. I searched a hotel in Delft but this came out. This is also not a hotel but a hostel. Toilet is shared by 5 rooms. Before we went to this place, manager asked what time we would arrive and he said that their check in time is 3 pm. I emailed that we would arrive about 1:30 pm. He did not reply anymore. However, when we arrived in the hostel at 1 pm, nobody opened the door for us. We waited for 2 hours under 5 degrees centigrade temperature. Manager who was all the time inside the hostel opened the door at 3 pm! What a terrible service! Location is also far from Delft. We paid Eur30 for taxi. I don’t recommend this place to anybody!”
