“The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was nice and the home made cakes every morning were a real bonus! It was extremely central and one can easily walk with your case from the ferry. There is a lovely beach within easy walking distance, plenty of affordable good restaurants nearby and you can easily get around the entire island by bus and the main bus terminal is within a short walking distance. You do have to keep in mind though that some ferries i.e. the hovercraft can depart from other ports so you have to do your homework when planning your arrival and departure and trying to coincide with flights.”
