“Very clean and spacious, comfortable in every sense! Very friendly and helpful staff!”
“We enjoyed the breakfast and Pepper the robot was so cute. Decent area, but you need to use alot of transport to get around. Buy a day ticket, transport is so easy to use.”
“Location: The hotel is within a 1 minute walk to Shiodome Station and 7-8 minute walk to Shimbashi station. If you want to take the airport shuttle, it's about a 30 second walk to Conrad hotel. Hotel room: stayed in Queen room and for a solo traveller that is more than enough. To be fair the sizes of the hotel rooms are pretty much the standard size to the rest of Tokyo if not better. Internet: Pretty stable connection. Staff: Super friendly and they're very helpful. Their English is also good enough that you can communicate with them without too much trouble.”
“Very comfortable room and bed, loved the sliding screen that covered the window, good to have laundry facilities on every other floor.”
“the property had a very good washing machine, if it was needed for a one night stay it wasn’t Bakery on corner on street excellent to eat at butvery little else to have meals”
“Location is fantastic. Located immediately above Shiodome Station and the Oedo line, you are able to get anywhere with little trouble. Family Mart, a pharmacy and doctors clinic less than 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff were nothing but friendly and helpful, their English was great, and they were more than patient enough to let me try out my very limited Japanese! The King Double room was more than comfortable enough for myself and my partner. Comfy bed, however pillows could be too firm for some people. Good view out across the city from the 6th floor. If you wanted to sleep in, they would leave a fresh lot of towels and toiletries at your door.”
“Great value for money considering Tokyo's hotel prices - good location via underpass to Shimbashi station”
“The location was fantastic. Close to Giza and the metro. Very quiet room. The amenities were excellent.”
“The hotel is amazingly located, in the Shiodome business district, right in the centre of Tokyo, close to the Hamarikyu Gardens, with immediate access to all of the subway lines, from which you can go anywhere in town. The ride from the Haneda International Airport takes around 40 minutes. There are shops, a mall underneath the building, and coffee shops all around. The closest post office is 10 minutes away on feet. The room we had was very quiet, with a great urban panorama, overlooking the monorail and shinkansen railroads, giving it a "metropolis" atmosphere when looking through the window. Really nice. The hotel staff was amongst the best I came across in years: incredibly diligent, tactful and polite. When I realised that I didn't have a Japanese plug to charge my phone, the man working at the front desk gave me one to use until the end of our stay. The vanity amenities provided were also of excellent quality.”
“close to Shinbashi Station and Shiodome Station. and the room and restroom was larger than I thought. And going back to a Narita airport there is direct bus from hotel(actually it depart from Conrad hotel, which is 30 seconds form Villa Fontaine) and it was very nice to move.”
