“La struttura è buona, purtroppo pecca in qualche cosa (come in ogni albergo che si rispetti). Lo staff è molto cordiale e gentile e ti fa presto dimenticare di queste pecche. La colezione continentale è buona e abbondante e i gestori fanno anche caffè e cappuccini su richiesta al momento. Lenzuola e asciugamani per il bagno cambiati ogni giorno e molto puliti. Su richiesta, al momento del check-out ti fanno lasciare le valige nella struttura per poter approfittare dell'ultima giornata a disposizione senza bagagli appresso. L'hotel si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti dalla piazza centrale e dalla stazione di Montecatini Centro”
