The staff were fantastic and any request I had was delivered promptly with a smile... from changing pillows to giving me some olive oil for my self made caprese salad in my room! The location is perfect for strolling to the beautiful beaches or cafes. Highly recommended!”

“The hotel is very well maintained. It is about a 10 minute easy walk from the train station. The only real steep part is the last 50ft or so from the small parking area inside the gate entrance of the property up to the hotel entrance itself. We had a king size bed in the bedroom and a small sofa in the siitting room. Off the sitting room was a balcony from which we had a partial view of the sea. One can hear the trains passing nearby but they really were not a nuisance because they are electric and much quieter than the diesel engine trains. Anyways, pretty much anywhere in Cinque Terre you will hear the trains going by unless they are going through one of the many tunnels along the way. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I loved the location and I had one of the front rooms which had an amazing view. Bathroom was newly renovated and even had decent pillows (for Europe). I booked the half-board option and I thought the food at dinner was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised as I had forgotten that I had booked this option. Wi-fi was also excellent.”
