“It is an ultra modern if not modernistic venue - varied staff, rooms at their second appartment block are only accessible via an external steel staircase that is difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. The next shock comes when you find out that breakfast and parking cost extra. A pet was permitted grudgingly after long phone calls with the manager who is rarely present. Equally a cancellation of my booking was not accepted. That was upsetting and it made me feel that I wasnt welcome, but my money was. The interior has been designed by shop fitters to accommodate the lack of space in the inner city location - buildings works going on further up the street. Technical finesse cannot be denied esp un the garden terrace room. Rigid breakfast times but a good spread. I ended up paying 100 Eur a night inc extras such as breakfast and parking.”
