“the location is absolutely great. The little streets directly around the hotel have a lot of "charm". The welcome greetings at 11:30PM from the very nice and so informative lady made me feel so good. No kidding. Great service. Not only can she speak perfect Spanish (well... expected ;-) but also Portuguese and very good English. And she was fun and so helpful I had a basic (cheap) room with no view. It was rather quiet but yes the building is old and accordingly noise insulation is not at its best. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi was surprisingly good. The breakfast was simple but offered a good (limited) selection of items. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Certainly a very good option in downtown Santiago.”
