“The Manager and the receptionist on the day we arrived were great, helped us with our luggage as we weren't expecting the 10 or so steps up to the front door. They both spoke excellent English. The room was excellent, we had one with a sea view and it had a great sea view out into the ocean and along the coast. The breakfast was great. We were disappointed that their Restaurant was closed but the manager told us about a restaurant a short walk away which we found to be first rate. The waitress spoke English and was able to explain the dishes to us. The car parking was great, the gates were closed in the late evening so the car was safe. We really liked the inclusion in the price of a bottle of still and sparkling water in the fridge. The building was stunning, recently renovated, it was like new.”
“Very nice this 3 stars hotel is ideally located...10min driving from Livorno harbour,in a charming area where old luxury Italian villas were built...This hotel has been refurbished and the balance between the old villa look and modern style is perfect. Warm and efficient welcoming, staff talking only in Italian,but very nice and helpfull. The room and bath room are large, great equipment and confortable bed. free minibar. Enjoy the restaurant,nice view and for only 35€ you have a complete menu (starter, 1course,desssert,water and coffee) food is good and service fast and charming. Breakfast could be better! anyway a very nice address in the area for an afordable price”

“We enjoyed our stay, almost all staff were very helpful and kind, especially reception girl Gemma and waitor Stas. Excellent restaurant and service, tuna tar tar is just gooddess. Amazing view from restaurant and terrase at the sunset. Swimming pool is great, and a bonus - not many people there during the day.”
