“We got to check in early! They checked our bags so we could take the quick walk to Universal and they had our room ready by midday so we could take a break from the park when we needed it. The bathroom was also amazing with robes and toiletries provided.”

“Beautiful hotel right opposite universal studios amazing view over the studios and Hard Rock Cafe/local entertainment area, really fun to be in hotel given decorations with minions and Christmas decorations at the moment, big comfortable rooms and great bathroom, very close to train station so we wished we had come by train rather than expensive taxi and would have been very easy to get train there! (Universal city station)”

“Minion themed which I didn't realised. Movie running on loop in lobby. There is a tiny "supermarket" so easy access to snacks and drinks in the lobby. Vending machines on each floor. The room was generously sized (for Japan!) and fit the 4 of us nicely.”
“For the trip to Universal Studio with 6 year old child - wonderful place! Minion style lobby decoration was a real fun and was more than adored by children. All amenities and toiletries are above expectation. Special thanks for kid's sets. Additional advantage is a ferry quay which is on the back yard of the hotel. Ferry goes to Temposan market place (ferries wheel, LEGO land) and provides additional fun for children and parents”
