“Clean. Friendly staff. Good location close to the ghats. Very good restaurant. To note, the restaurant is vegetarian nor does it or the hotel serve any form of alcohol (no beer or wine). Beer shop 10 minute walk away however.”
“Prompt service ,very clean rooms and smiling staff willing to go the extra mile. Good restaurant , just next to Kaal Bhairavi Temple. Toto and Auto fares in Varanasi is erratic. During peak hours it can cost you 100/ Rs to Shri Vishwanath Temple. Early morning it will cost you Maximum 50/ Rs . sarnath is just 6-7 Km from the hotel . We took an Ola cab. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from Mughal Sarai junction. We reached at 1:30 am and the driver was waiting for us. It was an excellent trip . Maximum credit to Hotel Tridev and staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable.”

“The cleanless of this property need to be improve. Not the standard for a 4 stars. Rooms on the city view are noisy beacause of the street noise, so windows isolation need to be changed. we were moved to a black window room... We finaly move somewhere else and were not refund off course.”
“It is a brand new hotel in a slum, but a slum by the Ganges is what Varanasi is Departing by train, the station was far away, and they went the extra mile in hotel car to get me there on time. The restaurant was very good.”

“It was our best decision to choose Varanasi as our first stop in India. The hotel was amazingly clean in Varanasi, that was to say, when you came back from the streets it's like a different world. The staffs at the front-desk were kind and smart. Because we arrived in the early morning, they offered us a early check-in, and having a rest and breakfast in their dinning room beforehand.”
