“Our host was very accommodating. The hotel had no lift and seeing that we had some heavy luggage, the host switched our room to one on the second instead of the third floor. It was a nice suite, with fireplace, leisure chairs, and a large canopied bed that was very comfortable. We had plenty of room. Ask for rooms 9-10-11. Also, Hotel Traube is in a small village, picturesquely set against hillside vineyards. It being late October, there was hardly anything else open so we ate at the hotel. Delicious meal, well served, and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed it.”
