What guests loved the most

“Breakfast has a lot of choices if you like sweet things - however, if you are looking for some eggs etc. no chance! The fruit salad was good but is served in tiny portions. The location in the city is great if you want to be in the center - which is good for tours if you don't have a car. However, if you rent a car, what I would definitively recommend because tours are expensive, you should better stay outside in the nature, in my opinion. We did not opt for a lake-view room - but if you want a good impression, you should definitvely do it - on the other city ("city-view") they are constructions going on.”

“The view is incredibly stunning!! Wow i cannot believe we woke up to this massive and impressive lake everyday we stayed here. The staff was extremely helpful with organising activities for us. Everything was so pleasant and we felt absolutely comfortable here. ”

“It's next to the town center, plenty of high pressure hot water, the staff is nice they allowed us for them to deliver directly the car keys to the car rental company. We got parking although it was mentioned during the booking it was not certain. Rooms are fine. We got good tourism recommendations from one of the reception ladies.”

“This hotel has a excellent good location in San Carlos de Bariloche. It is just a 5 minutes walk to the lake and a 3 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the city center. The room is big enough and very clean, the style a bit old-fashioned (unlike the new and modern bathroom). The view on the lake from the window is stunning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The WiFi is free of charge and the connection stable.”

“Very nice location. Close to the centre and many bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered to all our questions and they even lent us their Sube card in order to use the public transport. Bariloche tourist info centre is 100m away from the hotel. Breakfast was nice and with several options. They also have a good priced laundry service.”

“Friendly staff with good English. Mariana was amazing , very helpful and attentive and always with a smile. Thanks for everything, Mariana! Wifi was good. Breakfast good with a wonderful view of the lake. Even though breakfast was only from 8 officially it was not a problem that we ate earlier when our tour started at 8 We ordered a room without a view as we only slept there .”
