“The staff absolutely made this place the best hotel experience I have had in my 6 years living in Italy. They were so very nice. They waited up until midnight- as we had difficulty arriving earlier in the evening. They helped us get lift tickets for snowboarding at the Matterhorn. He talked us through a trip over to the Swiss side of the mountain. Finally, they made last minute dinner reservations for us in their restaurant since our plans changed again. Also, their little wellness center was amazing after a day on the slopes!”
