“I asked for an extra blanket as the weather was cold. Got a super comfortable duvet and slept like a log. The staff st the front desk are so friendly and helpful, the breakfasts are delicious and the view from the terrace is stunning. Added bonus was the warming log fire.”

“This is one of those good four star hotels. The room was perfect - we loved the balcony with two chairs and a cofe table. Two blankets provided to keep you warm after sunset. The outside pool area was OUTSTANDING. You can swim while looking at Tuscany hills and setting sun. Perfect. Social areas in the hotel are great too.”

“Staff very friendly and prepared to go the extra mile; fantastic choice of food, drinks, etc. at breakfast in lovely surroundings - a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of time to enjoy breakfast without feeling rushed. Reception staff extremely professional, welcoming and very helpful indeed - even arranged, without having to be asked, a pack breakfast for the morning we left because of the early start involved - as were all the staff we came in contact with during our stay. High level of cleanliness in our hotel room and all communal ares - in particular restrooms.”

“Have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years and it keeps improving - now a 4*. The rooms are comfortable and clean, little terrace overlooking the garden and countryside, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a cold fridge (so many are not - why?). They have now turned the car park outside reception into spaces for people to unload and checkin - a very good idea as before you often had to lug your luggage up from the main car park down the hill.”
