“The hotel was ideally placed for us, right next to the City rail station where we arrived on the commuter train from the airport (I think the more expensive Arlanda Express will deliver you to the Central Station, which is over the road, so also handy). Gamla Stan is an easy walk from the hotel, as is the main shopping area of Drottninngaten. The hotel has a baggage room so you can leave bags there on the day you check out, spend the day in town then collect them and get straight into the railway station. Breakfast offered a superb selection!”
