“Our room was fabulous with an enormous sun terrace from where we could watch the fireworks over Forio and the sunset over the sea. We loved this hotel, particularly Gian Paulo and Maria who really went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic time and who are the most genuine, warm and friendly people. The pools are fantastic and there is a choice of temperatures, so you can bathe in the really warm one or swim in the cooler one. I also used the indoor pool every morning which I had to myself and was the most perfect temperature. Breakfast was really good and absolutely meticulous. Maria showed us a path that led us to the route to walk up Mount Epomeo and then we got the bus back from the other side. It is a short walk into Forio and we got the boat back to Naples from there so we didn't have to get the bus back to Ischia Port. We were really sad to leave, Ischia is just amazing and this hotel was perfect.”

“The reception staff were the most friendly yet professional I can recall anywhere we have stayed.There were lots of activities and help with transport - more than we could possibly do on our short break.Very good restaurant recommendations too. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely sunny balcony where you could watch the sun setting over the sea.”
“La struttura e' molto spaziosa e pulita, la colazione abbondante e le stanze veramente carine. La nostra aveva una terrazza che affacciava sul mare con un fantastico panorama. I servizi che offre sono molti, dal centro benessere al servizio navetta che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro della citta' o altri luoghi di interesse. Ma cio' che rende un posto speciale sono le persone e l'Hotel Providence ci ha lasciato dentro un bellissimo ricordo grazie all'incredibile accoglienza di Giampaolo e Maria. Consigliamo veramente di cuore questo luogo, e' raro trovare persone autentiche e tanta bellezza insieme. Un grazie particolare anche al barista che ci ha preparato un'aperitivo davvero speciale!
