“The staff were really helpful and friendly. Offered lots of advice, went out of their way to book tours and made an effort to personalise the experience for you. It had a very chilled out vibe. Good location as did a free shuttle bus to the Poseidon thermal park and the local beach. Lots of fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Did nice cocktails by the bar near the pool where we went during the evening.”

“The hotel is rather dated but set in lovely gardens so that offsets its appearance. The pool area is large and attractive with plenty of sun beds and ancient wooden deck chairs. The pools are thermally heated which means the outdoor pool is about the temperature of a bath (in August probably too hot to swim much). There is a nice bar with friendly staff. The restaurant food is excellent quality albeit presented a bit like school dinners. The breakfast is buffet but lunch and evening meals are brought to tables by helpful waiters. Menus are in Italian and German but the head waiter was kind enough to translate.”
