“The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as I've come to expect in Germany. The view from the dining room is delightful and worthy of another few cups of coffee just to gaze out the window. . The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. My room faced the street and it was still fine. The hotel is located out of Neustadt in a very beautiful and very nearby village connected to Neustadt by a public bus, but also within a good walk. The bus runs every half hour on weekdays and once an hour on weekends, going through Neustadt to the train station (and vice versa) so you can get to this hotel from the train (bus 512). There is also a lockable garage for guests' bicycles. I've stayed in other hotels in Neustadt and I would recommend Hotel Tenner rather than the others.”
