“For my purposes, the location was great. Out of the fast lane, close to the border, easy access to/from the airport. Friendly men and women on staff, and very attentive. I was coming down the back stairs with a suitcase, and one of the ladies ran over to help me. Thought that was pretty impressive.”

Staff did not speak any English which was challenging at times. Guide Tony from hotel helped us with immigration to Peru and fast boat ticket for a price. That was extremely helpful since we could not speak Spanish or Portuguese.”

“A localização é ótima, pois fica próxima do aeroporto e da avenida principal da cidade. As instalações são ótimas. Pintura parece nova, limpo, organizado. O atendimento é rápido e eficiente. Os quartos são bem espaçosos e o banheiro também. No banheiro tem secador de cabelo, touca plástica, sabonete, shampoo e um pente pequeno como cortesia. O frigobar vem com três águas e três refrigerantes que são pagos quando consumidos. Tem academia (simples). O café da manhã é bem variado, não tem almoço mas a janta você pode pedir que o senhor que fica na cozinha faz na hora. E é bem gostoso. Comemos um filé com batatas, arroz, salada e farofa. Muito gostoso. Se precisar de táxi eles chamam um pra você.”
