“This is a very old, historic hotel, and is recommended only for those who like such. Employees were very helpful, room clean, tho rug shows age, in spite of a very loud local alumni meeting downstairs, our room was quiet. However, if in front room adjacent to upper porch, could be noisy if porch activities. Bathroom clean and modern, tho lacking in shelf space, etc. Parking convenient, but could fill up, forcing street parking. Several convenient breakfast options in walking distance. A neat old place in a charming town.”

“The TV had so much interference with the picture and the sound that we could not watch it. The carpet really needs to be cleaned in the room and in the hallway.”
