“The staff are some of the friendliest most helpful we've ever come across, the hotel is super clean and the dining/drinking areas are really nice (imagine they'd be super cosy in winter). Food is amazing, didn't have a bad meal here. Location is really good as well, not right on the main street so avoids some of the noise but still in walking distance of everything you need.”

“Hotel was great but the staff was a cherry on the cake. Can't remeber more friendlier staff in any of the hotels. They will say good morning, good day every time you pass them, ladies in the restaurant will try and more importantly make everything possible, almost like in Japan they do not have word NO in their voccabulary, for example we had an evening meal and it was too sofisticated for our little one so she was prodding it with a fork they saw that and immediately came and asked what she would like to eat. Not a question what they have but what she would like and it was done. Massage that is another topic, relax massage is ok if you want to relax but if you want to get those muscles going it is mandatory to see the lady who does swedish massage she was brilliant. I am planning on booking the same place again next as it made an extremelly good impression.”

“Very good place for winter ski vacation. Close to the ski lifts and ski buses (walking distance to ski lifts - even in ski boots). Excellent italian food, jaguzzi, spa and swimming pool included.Very nice and helpfull staff. Good value for money. Robert from Krakow ( Poland)”
