“The place is unique. Situated in the middle of the vineyard you have the most beatiful view ever. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a very high standard with fresh local produce and great croissants (just missing some sweet cakes - also the pains aux raisins were not fresh). The staff was super helpful and there was always someone available who spoke good English.”

“This was our first visit to Brazilian wine country, so we wanted to find a very good hotel. Fortunately, we chose very well. The staff and service really made our stay at Hotel & Spa do Vinho special and comfortable. My Portuguese is not (yet) ready for prime time, but everyone there was extremely patient and polite with my stumbling use of their language. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were happy with both a fireplace (warmth) and balcony doors (cooling). Our views from the room were amazing, even for late-Fall with the grapevines past color peak. The location - very close to most of the major wine makers in the region and in the middle of a vineyard - was perfect. We enjoyed the spa, the food, and a very nice sunset on the deck. I'm sure we will stay there again during our next trip to Rio Grande do Sul.”
