“Standard room was nice. Dinner and breakfast buffets were great with lots of choice. Wi-fi didn't seem to work but not really a problem.”
“The staff is well informed and attentive. We booked two rooms for our stay, one for the kids and one for us. The receptionist facilitate our stay by having the rooms adjacent to each other and near the pool. The buffet breakfast is marvelous. The kitchen is staffed with superheroes. Although extremely busy, they provided us with perfect egg white omelets and when they ran out of crepes on the buffet they noted where we sat and brought fresh crepes to our table. Muchas gracias!!! We will definately visit again.”

“El hotel resultó ser un fraude. Un engaño para el cliente que ha terminado en una queja oficial en turismo. La primera noche nos asignaron una habitación cuya superficie no cumple la norma y no coincide con lo publicado en su web. No tenía luz suficiente ni teléfono. Un desastre. Las otras dos noches nos dieron a habitación correcta pero nadie atendió mi queja ni ni situ, ni vía mail. Además solicité una revisión del precio debido al fraude, al malestar y al tener que hacer un cambio en apenas tres noches de estancia y no se atendió. Estamos reclamando La devolución por vía oficial. Una pena.”
