“Fantastically friendly helpful staff, even if limited English. Very quite, comfortable beds and clean. Lobby has coffee machine, hot water for tea and normally some pastry. Located on Plaza Mayor within 50 meters of center where LMU/ LA III International Colloquium took place. Also close to public bus stop for lines 2 & 3. Breakfast basic, but inexpensive and tasty. Juice, coffee, tea, toast hams, muffins, and fruit. Will stay there again if go to conference in future.”
“Great location on the generally quiet Plaza Mayor. Excellent security to both the front door of the hotel and the room itself. Good room with balcony overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Spotlessly clean. Slightly strange "Miss Rabbit" behavior for room cleaning and then reception duties!”
