“The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful especially the bar staff who were lovely and made us feel very very welcome! Breakfast was continental and plenty of it but some nice hot boiled eggs would have been nice as they only did cold ones, the pastries were very nice and the bread was lovely and fresh along with nice fruit and smoked salmon, the only thing is there was no variety e.g. the same cheeses every day and after 9 days you fancy some change Overall I would stay here again as it peaceful with no too many kids, no mention of having a shuttle as claimed on their site and def not airport shuttle as claimed on booking.com I have an email which states this! Finally the lifts open and before you can even get in that close and knock your wrists and twice the lift left us in the dark and we didn't move that was scary! Its not a 5 star hotel by my standards, the only area that is was the bar and staff in there :-)”
