The girl at the administration desk (Think her name was Angelina) was polite and helpful with everything. We were arriving earlier than the check in time and arranged to leave our luggage at the hotel until then, but upon our arrival the staff had arranged for our room to be ready straight away, which was the best. The location of the hotel is perfect - it's near everything you would be interested in. Generally VERY happy with the stay. The only thing that probably worth mentioning - the elevator was tiny. Fits two people without large luggage. But since the hotel is on the 6th floor, we were happy they had one at all.”
