“The Hotel is charming and very homely. We were visiting at the end of November and the fire in the Hotel living room was really cosy and welcoming. Also the dining room is a lovely room, and the overall decor is very nicely traditional Portuguese.”

“Hotel is well situated in town and located in an old "mansion". Staff very nice and speak good English. The room was a very good size, the bed comfy, and a very nice large bathroom. A nice feature of this hotel is the little outside terrace overlooking the street below where you can sit to relax, access wi-fi, and have a drink. Tell the reception staff what you would like and they bring it to you. Also a nice indoor sitting room.”
