“Clean and neat room with a large window overlooking the marina/port and lake. All gadgets worked properly incl. WLAN and TV. Double bed was wide enough and had a comfortable and tight mattress. Breakfast was above average with all goodies incl. eggs&bacon. Small dog was accepted, fee was 8€/day. Free parking. Friendly and helpful staff (English spoken). Location is near the pier with access to lake shipping to all worthwhile sights. Hotel has outside/inside Restaurant with reasonable prices. Indeed, Germany is a bargain compared to nearby Austria or Switzerland (Italy, France etc).”
“Every hotel room directly overlooks the lakeside. Choice of indoor/outdoor dining facilities. Very varied choice for breakfast (even smoked salmon!! ) to cater for every taste. Excellent croissants. Good choice of special teas (including Earl Grey). Staff very friendly and helpful.”
