“We booked a three night stay here before going up into the mountains for a few days in some refugios. The Savoy is very handy for the the bus stop from Venice Airport and the Piz Ila lift! We took the half board option. The room was comfortable and well equipped and breakfasts were tasty and offered a good selection. There is a pleasant relaxing bar and the dinners were all tasty. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed an afternoon at the swimming pool on a particularly wet and miserable day. Unfortunately the sauna/steam rooms, etc were not operating. But the pool was warm and nice! The hotel stored our luggage while were were up in the mountains and we collected this a few days later, and they organised a very good taxi to our next destination in Corvara. We felt it was slightly expensive compared to the hotel we always stay in Corvara, a centre where there is more to do in the evening and also more daytime facilities. But the Savoy does have the swimming pool!”
“We loved the room as it was quiet and exactly what we needed after skiing. Staff was friendly (my husband even forgot his passport and wallet) and they basically waited for us even though we checked out that day hoping we would come back (which we did to pick up the car). Super nice and helpful. The breakfast room was awesome, we really enjoyed that room.”
