“The room and facilities therein were fantastic ! Breakfast was in a charming area with views over the main street ( pedestrians, trams, museums ) and the food was amazing. Reception staff / concierge were super helpful and knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Spa was wonderful and we used it many times. The hotel is situated within walking distance of most attractions and public transport in Vienna is second to none. We could not have chosen a better hotel in a better city for a 5 day romantic getaway !”
